Frequenty Asked Questions
Daycare
-
At Tailwaggers we require your pooch to have the following vaccines: Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. We also ask that all dogs are free of any communicable diseases for 30 days. If your dog is coughing, sneezing, vomiting or has diarrhea, please keep him/her at home to prevent other dogs from getting sick.
-
At Tailwaggers, you will have peace of mind knowing that your dog’s day will be organized to ensure an incredibly positive, stimulating and fun experience. In our daycare positive interaction and socialization between the dogs and staff is encouraged and practiced. Your pooch will return home happy, well exercised, stress free and dreaming of romping with his buddies the very next day!
-
Here at Tailwaggers our goal has been high quality not high volume, for this reason we have a 35 dog capacity on a daily basis. We recommend pre-booking your dog’s spot in daycare.
-
Before your furry friend can join our Tailwaggers family, we require a 2-hour daycare assessment to gage your dog’s temperament to determine if Tailwaggers Doggy Daycare is a right fit for your pet. During the 2-hour assessment we introduce your dog to our staff as well as other dogs in the daycare. If your dog passes the assessment, he/she is welcome to join our crew!
Grooming
-
We offer nail trimming, hand scissoring, ear cleanings, bath & tidy. For our daycare dogs, we offer Primp N’ Plays (full day of daycare for the price of a half day + the cost of the groom).
-
Due to our busy schedule we do not accept walk-in appointments. We recommend booking your dog’s groom 2 weeks in advance.
-
Every dog is different & has different needs. Our groomers work on one dog at a time to ensure a calm, pleasant grooming experience for your pooch. Due to this, your dog’s appointment time can vary.
-
Prices will vary depending on your dogs breed, size, temperament and spa treatments they require. Pricing will be determined once our groomer assesses your pooch!
